I have a two bedroom one bath duplex that I am accepting applications for. The duplex is located on W. 5th Ave. near Olympia.

The unit has new hardwood laminate in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom have vinyl. The dining room and bedrooms have carpeting. It has been freshly painted and the bathroom tub surround is brand new ceramic tile. It has a private yard (however it is not in great shape at this time), carport washer/dryer hookup and outside storage. Rent on this unit is $800/mth and includes water and sewer charges. Secruity/Performance deposit is $800.00. The unit will be available August 2015.

This pre-application will provide me with your current landlord so that I can do a rental history check. If your reference is good you will be contacted to set an appointment to see the unit and fill out a full application should you decide you want the unit.

Full applications includes a criminal, credit and rental history. If you have a conviction within the last five years or pending charges which are drug or violence related you will not pass this background check. If you have owe money to a previous landlord you will not pass this background check. The cost for the background check is $35 per adult. The background check fee will be applied to your first months rent if you pass the background check and move into the unit.
